Who we serve

Built for the adult learner, exactly as you are

Our students are parents, veterans, career-changers, second-shift workers, and folks who took a long road back to the classroom. Some are finishing what they started; some are starting fresh after a layoff or a life change. What they share is the decision to retrain and move forward. We build everything around them.

  • Career-changers and people re-entering the workforce
  • Adults with or without a high school diploma
  • Workers leveling up for a raise or promotion
  • Employers training and upskilling their teams

Placement-rate disclosure

Penta Career Center (PCC) strives to collect accurate job placement data on all program completers. PCC calculates, and discloses, two placement rates; an Accrediting Agency Rate and a State Authorizing Agency Rate. PCC is an accredited institution by the Commission on Occupational Education (COE) and is authorized by the State of Ohio by the Ohio Department of Higher Education. PCC utilizes several methods to collect placement data, including direct student and employer contact, exit interviews, and input from PCC faculty and staff.
