What this site collects, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
pentaworks.org is the website of Penta Career Center Adult Education, 9301 Buck Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551. CommPartHS runs the site and the system behind it for Penta and uses your information only to provide that service.
What we collect
- From the inquiry form: your name, email, phone, the program you’re interested in and when you’d like to start, plus anything optional you add (funding interests, employment, education, preferred contact method, goals or a message).
- From “Keep me posted”: your email address.
- When you visit: like any website, our servers receive your IP address and browser details. We use them to deliver pages, prevent abuse and fix problems.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and follow up about programs, funding and enrollment.
- To confirm your inquiry by email and, if you signed up, send updates about start dates and registration.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don’t sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence.
Who can see it
Penta Adult Education staff who work with prospective students. Service providers that host the system, keep encrypted backups and deliver email (Resend) handle it only to provide those services. We share it with anyone else only when the law requires.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The only cookies it sets are for Penta staff signing in to the site’s admin. When you close the cookie notice, your browser saves that choice on your device.
Other sites
Links to class registration, online courses (ed2go), Ohio’s TechCred and Aspire portals and videos take you to other organizations’ sites, and their privacy policies apply there. Some images load from Unsplash, which receives standard browser information when they load.
Your choices
- Stop update emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information. We will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
How long we keep it
Penta’s records-retention rules decide how long inquiries and sign-ups are kept.
Security
Your information travels over encrypted connections, is stored encrypted, and is open only to authorized staff.
Children
This site is for adults, and for high school juniors and seniors exploring OTC+. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

We’ll post any changes here with a new date.
